Shipping policy

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

New Zealand shipping

Urban delivery: $9
Rural delivery: $16

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Delivery is generally expected within 1–3 business days after dispatch for most urban New Zealand addresses. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier network delays or periods of unusually high demand.

Tracking and delivery issues

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact Adorati so we can follow this up with the courier for you.

Please check that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Additional courier charges may apply if you request a change of delivery address after an order has been dispatched.

PO Boxes

We recommend providing a physical delivery address rather than a PO Box, as some courier services may require a street address for delivery.

International shipping

Adorati currently ships within New Zealand only.

We plan to introduce international shipping in the future.
