These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Adorati website and to purchases made from Adorati Limited.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

1. About Adorati

Adorati Limited is a New Zealand business operating the Adorati online store.

Our website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate our store and process orders.

Sales made through this website are between you and Adorati Limited.

2. Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.

Colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. Natural materials such as leather and suede may also show variation in colour, grain and texture.

Product descriptions, prices and availability may be updated from time to time.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your cart.

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable

  • there has been an obvious pricing or listing error

  • payment cannot be processed

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered fulfilment.

4. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Shipping charges and any valid discounts are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment processing is provided through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Adorati does not receive or store your full credit or debit card details.

Prices, promotions and discount offers may change from time to time. Any specific promotional terms will apply in addition to these Terms.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Shipping charges, dispatch information and estimated delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Where Adorati arranges delivery, we remain responsible for ensuring your order is delivered in accordance with our obligations under New Zealand consumer law. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the courier.

Delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier network disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 remain unaffected.

6. Returns, refunds and faulty products

Returns and change-of-mind requests are managed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you may have rights to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

7. Product availability

Products may be available in limited quantities.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed when your order is accepted.

Where an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or alternative where agreed.

8. Website information and errors

We take reasonable care to ensure information on our website is accurate.

Occasionally there may be errors involving product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information or other content.

We may correct genuine errors when identified. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and act reasonably in resolving the issue.

Nothing in this section permits Adorati to mislead customers or avoid obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringes another person's rights or is otherwise inappropriate.

The current version will be published on our website.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that applied to an order you had already placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or a purchase from Adorati will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts and tribunals, subject to any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
